I got ambitious yesterday and put a coat of Reload on the wife's vehicle. I was prepared for a tough buffing job as with the ceramic liquid but it was noticeably easier. Pretty much same drill though, spray on rag, wipe the product over the typical polishing work area, flip the towel, wipe again, and finally buff with a clean MF.

Without a doubt it added depth to the shine and made the surface even smoother than silk. :-) This was done about six weeks after the initial ceramic coating. It took me about two hours to do the car and I think I used less than twenty percent of the bottle. Und zo, I will absolutely, positively use it on the '500 next. Highly-recommended.

I applied Carpro Gliss on top of my ceramic coating, so there is no need for a spray sealant for ~1 year if you like that route

Lizard: Another CarPro product I have yet to try but I think Reload plus regular wipe downs with Elixir will fit my obsessiveness more better. :-) Thanks for the tip, nonetheless.

Und zo, I decided to repeat the process on the 500 yesterday since it was going to be rainy. Makes washing much easier than in the south Texas sun.

Got her ultra clean, blow dried her hair, :=) and spent closer to three hours this time with Reload. Just more nooks and crevices on this vehicle.

As I was finishing up, FedBox arrived with my bottle of DLUX. (Thanks again, D.) PERFECT timing so I did all the black vinyl with it. It said no wipe is necessary for "textured vinyl" but I disagreed and thought it looked too shiny so I buffed everything lightly down to a matte finish.

Then I did all four wheels.

Tried something else for the first time today...VRP and man, was I impressed. A 50-50 solution worked very well. Did all the VRP under the hood and also put a coat on the WeatherTech mats

Too rainy for photos, unfortunately.

Despite a forecast of more of the same, it was a beeyooteeful morning and thought I should take advantage of the good weather. Took her cozy cover back off, pulled her out in the driveway, and grabbed a few shots. Here they are..

Seeing your write up reminded me I had a bottle of that VRP stuff. And wow does it work good. Have to see how it holds up now

I put the Car Pro Dlux on the trim today; looks much better. I have a gallon of VRP arriving from Amazon today.

Sounds like we are starting to cook with gas! :-)

BJ: Reload appears to be a very diluted CQuarts that can be sprayed on a rag or directly on the panesl. But to answer your question, yes, it went over a coating of C.Quartz

I haven't heard this, since my military days.

I haven't tried anything over my ceramic coating (Xpel Fusion Plus) but may give the Reload a try......I hope I am not becoming a Car Pro fanatic :)

If the stripes on the GT500s are vinyl, I would suggest Carpro Skin to use on them. Basically a ceramic coating for vinyl. Gotta make them last as long as possible lol
