Car making noise while just parked in the garage

Solved my mystery sound that talks to me. Was both side flaps in the exhausts going the same time.
My thought is both are programmed to run periodically so if you don't use the dash toggle exhaust setting the flaps don't seize up.

Is that what I have been hearing? But mine isnt that loud..Any idea how often it does this? Like 10 Min intervals or what? I thought my car was becoming christine cause it felt like everytime I was close to it it would wake up. Which triggered another thought is this happening with the key fob near the car or without the keyfob?

The sound is very intermittent. I got lucky with the camera.
I tested with the key fob about 6 feet away and also placed the fob the other end of the house.
Vehicle is locked.
I swear it knows when I walk past the vehicle and then does it.

Yep my 2020 R does this as well. Happens for just a few open/close cycles after the car is shut off. Oddly it happens randomly when I’m cleaning the underside. My 18 and 19 R models do not exhibit this.

But seriously I remember mine doing it randomly with the fob nowhere near the car. If I had the fob near it almost always did it.

Yup, mine too. Seems to happen when the fob is in my pocket and I walk past or near the car

Yeah it would be interesting to understand the logic.....mine seems to be random but surely there is something that triggers it. For the first few months i would startle me in the shop by myself. sometimes they seem to be louder than others.

After I open the door or trunk (no key, car unlocked) and close them a few minutes later a whole host of noises in rapid succession for about 3 seconds "zzzz ... zzzzz .zzzzz relay click clack" happens. It's pretty loud! No idea!
