Installed PMAS intake that requires a tune.
Installed the tune. Cranks up just fine, and drives ok.
After a few minutes when you go to downshift, it doesn't slow down.
Or if you'r in 3rd gear at 35mph and you give it a little gas, and then let off. It speeds up for a second, but then when you let off, it doesn't slow down for a few seconds.

It almost feels like an automatic. But as soon as you use the clutch the car drops down to the correct RPM.

I double checked all my hoses, can't find the issue.

Yeah, if this is only cold engine behavior it's normal. The engine uses a lot more fuel and it insists on burning it all before it will close the throttle blade (you have no real control over the throttle in newer cars). If it's all the time though, that suggests an issue with the new tune or your intake isn't completely sealed up. Double check your work.
