Can't play music via Bluetooth?

Do you guys know there is a sync menu you can go into by saying some wierd crap (its somewhere in the owners manual), that lets you cut back on certain prompt options from being announced everytime you hit the voice button, having to re-confirm your selection, etc therefore speeding things up?

It has made my sync so much more enjoyable to use

Yeah, you go Menu, Sync-Options, Voice Command, and set to Advanced. It just stops sync from asking you what you want. You just hear the bing sound and you speak.

I've had the same issue for the past month. The BT Audio worked really well for the first month after setup, then one day it wouldn't connect. Then the next day it connected to the phone for calls but deleted my contact list. I reloaded my contact list and can make calls through BT but now I just connect to the USB cable when I want to listen to music. I'll try the MASTER RESET tonight and see if that resolves the issue. I'm using an iPhone 5 but I don't think SYNC is phone specific.

I play pandora through my iphone 5 without being plugged in USB with no issues, deff not phone specific for that feature. Same with the sound from youtube videos, MP3 files in my email, etc

I'm playing from Spotify. It may be an app specific issue too. My Waze app audio works through BT although everytime it does SYNC thinks that its receiving a phone call so I have a lot of 3 second BT phone calls.

It worked for me. I can play Spotify and the Waze Apps through BT now. The Waze app will only stream if the app is open and on the screen but I think that is an app issue.

Ditto. She PM'd me that she'd look into it. But that was a few days ago. If I have resolution, it'll be worth the wait. Master reset did not fix anything. Switching to advanced voice control only helped a little, but that's because it stops the sync voice from telling you to do what you're already wanting to do.

Well, a new issue has reared it's ugly head. Twice yesterday, I select to use Pandora AND Spotify, and the music plays from my phone but the radio display acts like it's playing and all the controls on the car work. I think the phone is the culprit on this one, but I'm really disappointed in the interfacing issues so far. I'm half tempted to just get a mini thumb drive and use USB from now on...

And for the record, my issues seem to only happen from using the Mobile Apps command and not using Bluetooth Audio command. But i'd like to retain the ability to change the stations and playlists via voice commands.
