Couldn't find a thread on this but i'm guessing someone has had this happen?

I cannot change from AC to heat. I can change the settings from 60 to it's highest setting, i can hear the duct work open to go to defrost, but the temperature won't change.

The AC is blowing, but honestly i'm not sure at which temperature. It could be at 65 or it could be at 60. Like i said, the read out will change, but it won't go to heat.

Also comfort seats not comforting - but not sure the two are related.

Hook up a scan tool capable of reading all the modules in the car and see if you have any fault codes. I can't name all the modules that have a hand in the climate control system but the body control module and the APIM for sure.
The seats are separate from the climate control. Although cool air blowing under the seats help them cool better.

Got heat back. Removed battery cables and touched them together. Reset the system. Still unsure if the problem is completely gone. Driver seat still not working.
