Can someone identify this?

This little guy was in my trunk along with my license plate bracket (which, fortunately, the dealer never installed). It's plastic, has plugs on what I assume is the back side, as well as some foam/rubber cushioning.

But I have no idea where it came from or where it belongs. Anyone?

It covers the holes for the screws that attach the decklid trim panel, one on each side of the decklid.

It's just a hole cover. Look around for a hole shaped like that.

open the trunk. Under it on each corner of the lid there is one on each side. As NJ3 said, it just pops on. The pad on it is a little sticky on mine to help hold it in place.
