No, actually INSIDE the center console. Between the seats inside the storage compartment.

Make sure to use the USB port in the center console. I had very similar behavior (wouldn't update and would just sit there forever) using the front USB ports. Plugged it into the center console one, and all worked as it should.

This little guy was in my trunk along with my license plate bracket (which, fortunately, the dealer never installed). It's plastic, has plugs on what I assume is the back side, as well as some foam/rubber cushioning. But I have no idea where it came from or where it belongs. Anyone?

Delivered to the dealer and picked up yesterday. COTUS was saying by end of week, so I would suggest to all not to rely to heavily on it. Needless to say, I'm one very happy individual!
