Hello all. I am experiencing some movement in my rear wheel assys. I suspected it was the hubs but the play is only vertical which helped me find a loose jam nut on the steeda control arm adjustment for the left side. Cleared it right up and even a noose is gone away(and drives much better.) Now on the right side I have the same thing but the jam nuts are all tight. I feel it is still translating through the upper arm. Im going to go through again to make sure everything is tight but I would like to know what else to look at. Is there any possibility a bushing on the control arm is shot? Is this something you've experiencedbefore @SteedaTech

Bushings in the control arms can go bad. I had the big lower control arm bushing tear on my car. I'd say its rare tho, and I haven't heard on anyone else tearing one (my car get tracked and autocrossed). Hub failures are more common, esp on the early year s550s.

So yes it can happen. A visual inspection only takes a few minutes.
