Cam install question

I'm installing a set of comp 243480 cams in my whipple 2015 and the comp instructions on how to arrange the cams don't make sense to me. The instructions are labeled for 11 and up cars. I thought the 15 and up phasers would make the install different. If I line the cam pins up like their drawing the links don't line up on the timing marks.

Anyone else run into this ? Do I follow the comp instructions ? Ford service Manual ? Or something else ?

Does anyone have any insight on this issue? I am at the same roadblock in my installation.

Follow the ford manual instructions. The instructions included with my comp cams were for 11-14 cars.
