Yep there’s already legislation making its way through the process to adopt CA’s EPA regulations here in IL. Including the banning of the sale of new gas powered cars in 2035. I wrote my local representatives and the SEMA Action Network is lobbying against it as well

Hello; Not necessarily related but I have tried to imagine a fleet of self driving cars. Seems to me the drivers (computer programs) will have to be set to go by the posted speed limits.

For our forum record i do not favor such nanny warnings.

I hear a story of a driver who signed up for cheaper insurance rates and allowed a monitor to be added to the car. (likely plugged into the OBD port???) Story goes the insurance went up due to poor driving habits which broke the rules.
