Bullitt
Blow it clean, water, soap, rinse and dry it out. Re-oil some other versions.

Mine is a Roush washable. I just wasn’t sure how long it has to dry before driving the car.

I would probably let it dry for 24 hours.

Putting it out in the sun or in front of a fan will make it dry faster.

That's kind of a hard question to answer. Depends on the environment. If it's just street driven, and not on dusty/gravel roads etc, with a reasonable amount of miles, I'd probably clean it every 10K miles. Roughly.
