find a good dealer and return it to stock and take it in.
Putting it back to stock would be a waste of time. He is tuned. That is all they need to see to deny warranty and they will see it.

yea taking off headers would be hard. I sold the stock exhaust anyway. I wouldn't think headers would be a cause of oil consumption and should not be relevant.
What are your AFRs? That will let you know how rich you are or how lean. This is important to eliminate this for being the problem.

I know this sounds weird but check your drain plug on the oil pan. Mine was leaking like a SOB. Ford replaced the crush gasket twice before it stopped leaking. Well I paid for three new gaskets they probably only replaced it once. After that my oil level has been normal.

Did you break your car in hard enough?

I broke it in normal like you supposed to. I didn't even drive it crazy for the first 1k miles. I changed oil at 3500 I think. I now have 6200 miles and have owned it for 8 months. my oil sep also fills up 1/3 jlt can every 500 miles or so

My 5.0 burns a fair bit of oil. So far maybe 3-4 quarts in 9k miles.

Air/fuels are fine. Catch can doesn't collect all that much. No oil on the driveway or drips under the car. No other symptoms of a problem.

FWIW, I do drive it pretty hard and the car sees track and autox time. If its a problem other than having to spend a few $$ on an extra quart of oil every now and then, I'll take it to the dealer, because my drivetrain is completely stock. So far it doesn't seem to be anything to much to worry about.

So my advice is don't worry too much about it. Seems normal (or at least not uncommon) for some cars.

I broke my car in very hard and my oil level stays the same.

I'm running some ideas with the dealership right now. I'm not overly worried but want to make sure it's somewhat normal
