Putting it back to stock would be a waste of time. He is tuned. That is all they need to see to deny warranty and they will see it.find a good dealer and return it to stock and take it in.

What are your AFRs? That will let you know how rich you are or how lean. This is important to eliminate this for being the problem.yea taking off headers would be hard. I sold the stock exhaust anyway. I wouldn't think headers would be a cause of oil consumption and should not be relevant.
It is hard to see but I saw 13s and 14s while you were driving. Definitely not running rich. Look at your idle AFR.these are what my af ratios are

I broke my car in very hard and my oil level stays the same.I broke it in normal like you supposed to. I didn't even drive it crazy for the first 1k miles.
