Greetings,
I installed the Ford Performance Track Pack shocks and struts with the Steeda minimum drop linear springs, Front 200 lbs - Rear 800 lbs and their pre-cut bump stops. I like the suspension, however going over more pronounced bumps it sounds and feels like the rear shocks bottom out. In talking with Steeda before the purchase, they told me their pre-cut bump stops are perfect with their min drop springs and the FP Track Pack shocks and struts. Is what I am hearing and feeling when going over bumps, are the springs hitting the bump stops? Are they too long? And, if so, should they be cut back? How easy is it to do it now? I did not do the work myself. I had a qualified suspension shop do it. They said the bump stops where correct at install time. Please advise.
Thanks in advance!
