Newbie here. Tried posting in Bullitt forum but no responses. 2019 Bullitt 100% stock. I am getting code P2004 and have verified the IMRC rod is not moving in the manifold and I need to replace the manifold. Part number by VIN shows this KR3Z-9424-A as the manifold part number. I really do not want to put the same failure prone manifold back in the car. Are there any manifold options that are plug and play for the car besides the original KR3Z-9424-A ??? I was trying to stay away from IMRC delete and tuning.

First I've heard of that part failing so I suspect you'll be okay with a new replacement.

Otherwise, maybe look online for a take-off mani from someone that put a supercharger on top of the engine??

Sounds like a vacuum line or diaphragm actuator failure or wiring issue. Make sure mice didn’t nibble on the wiring.
The IMRC rod didn’t fail is my guess.

I'd agree here. The Bullitt uses the GT350 manifold which is known to be pretty robust. Not that the shaft or flaps can't fail, but I wouldn't worry about replacing it with the same part. It's not like the old 15-17 manifold that's guaranteed to break.

My mechanic used what I think was an HP Tuners program to manipulate IMRC Bank one and Bank two. Bank one is stuck open. He had the actuator from Ford in his hands and returned it. I think you guys answered my question though, I was thinking the stories all over the internet applied to the Bullitt manifold and apparently they do not. Is the GT350 manifold sold by Ford performance plug and play for the Bullitt? I found them on the web about $200 cheaper than the OEM Bullitt part#.

It should be, from what i remember the only difference is some of the clips and plug adapter for the imrc (gen 3 needs an adapter for the 350 manifold), but all that should transfer. Mind you i haven't done it myself, I'm just going off someone's testimony on here who tried to add a bullitt/mach1 manifold to their regular gt as well as my knowledge of the throttle body setup.

There’s a thread on M6G illustrating the IMRC difference from GT350 to Mach Bullitt there is most definitely a difference. It is not plug n play.
Best to search, I believe member FlyHalf attempted the manifold swap along with a few others here.

Oooo do share. I was under the impression the needed parts could transfer over

Ford changed the CMCV control over to the gen 3 configuration on the Mach/Bullit.

If I remember correctly.

So I am finally about to buy the OEM manifold and the $800 prices I had been seeing online are now $1200. I have no idea why. Is there anyone that sells the Ford Performance GT350 manifold as a kit with the tune and whatever else is need to put it on a 2019 Bullitt ?

I don't know why you can't buy a GT350 manifold and swap your IMRC servos over. I can't imagine Ford engineered a completely different intake. Yes it would be a risk, but probably one I'd take over spending $1200 on a Bullit/Mach 1 intake.

The 15-17 intakes have plastic IMRC rods that break and the manifold itself is prone to crack apparently. I put a GT350 on my '16 so I'm at least familar with the manifold and IMRC setup and again, I gotta believe you can swap the IMRC actuators over from your old intake and be all set to go.

This won't work I tried it.
