Is there anyway to get an actual answer from Ford on the status of your car? My case and a couple of others seem a little strange.

I know you have already contacted Jeff, but possibly you can ask him for a contact that can get you in touch with the right person. Did you see this post from BigEasyGt in the 3/30 thread?

"Ford service just said that cars released on 4/7 from the plant hold (I'm in that bundle) have begun shipping. Deysha said one went out a little while ago. This could be good news."

Possibly your car was in this hold group. I certainly don't know, but hope you can get some news soon.

I think COTUS is having issues because my EDD is no longer showing and is back in Awaiting Shipment. I hope this is just an error

I'm kind of disappointed by how Ford is handling this ordering business. I used to think the dealers gave folks the run around to benefit their "story" around deals. Now I am seeing Ford makes it very easy for them to do this.

I've been tracking all of the orders to my dealer via the inventory site.

- Mine still sits at awaiting shipment with a TBD status.
- Meanwhile, I just watched two cars to the same dealer switch to delivered today. One of them was my car's line buddy. The other was ordered the same day as mine and it arrived.
- I watched another car order for the dealer switch from in transit BACK to awaiting shipment.
- My friend's car was built today, I'll be interested to watch his story unfold. This may be the tipping point. I really hope he doesn't wind up in Awaiting hell like mine.

I've searched the state and found five cars close enough to my order. One of these might take its place.

I think that's just for protection while shipping. Congrats on being the 4/13 that delivered. Dealer is looking into my situation now, it still hasn't shipped. You're making me want a PP Now.

Dealership just confirmed my requests for no badging, no drilling the bumper, and no wash.

I have been a chrome rim guy my whole life. Fist sports car with black wheels, and first new car. I have all my detail equipment ready to go. F'n great day to get sick! I am shaking(illness) so bad I can't drive...

Looks awesome! Sounds like your the first in the group to pick up... which dealership did you go to?
