I just checked cotus for fun and it says car is in production. How messed up is this system? haha i guess we shall see but thats a week earlier then i was told.

Your car may very well be in production. From what I understand, the blend date is when the car hits the line for final assembly but the body is being built and painted before hand. I'm part of build week 3/30 and have a blend date of 3/31 but COTUS has said my car was "in production" since 3/25.

COTUS is suddenly showing my car in production too even though build date was 4/6 and EDD is 4/17. Is it possibly ahead of schedule?

My car is scheduled to the day for 6-Apr. Yes, that is a Monday after a holiday weekend. Yes, that is opening day for the Tiggers. Me thinks my car will be built by alternate assembly technicians. :(

My car entered production today. I got a window sticker link but it doesn't open yet. Maybe tonight or tomorrow.
Funny it shows EDD of 4/18 but the timeline shows 17 days to delivery. I am so psyched!!

The sticker seems to come out at the time the car gets invoiced. Mine went to production or 'sent to plant' on 27-Mar but did not get invoiced/sticker provided until 30-Mar. One business day.

I just printed out my window sticker and up at the top I see "blend", a long number then in bold print a 4 digit number. How do you determine a date from those numbers???

Oops! I think I figured it out: Directly over the word "blend" are 4 digits. I believe those digits give the build date. In my case they are 0408 which, to me, means the vehicle will be built on April 8th.
Does anyone know if I'm correct??
