I think anything not "mainstream" goes to the custom shop -- still at Flat Rock but not officially the regular assembly area. Kind of like a subcontractor working on site. I vaguely remember this happening in 2010 with my 2011 too.That's the first I've heard about a 3rd party having anything to do with the build. Back in the day coupes would be shipped to be converted into convertibles, but those days are long over. Is there a chance this is a leather skin job on a base car?
