What's your trim/options?Finally got in talked to the Ford Regional Customer Service Mgr about my car. My car was put on hold for a "Known build issue" at the plant, and a Ford employee was sent the the rail yard to check/repair the issue. It has now been released, and is awaiting shipment. Anybody know what this issue could be? It must be related to options as not all cars built this week were affected.

I just called the Ford Customer service main number, explained my situation and a "Case number" was created. I was then called back by the regional customer service mgr.how did you get hold of this person?
Yup 4/28 for days maybe weeks.and you could see EDD on cotus?
No kidding... My sales guy said my car was supposed to be delivered 4/18 but was recalled back for some issue then re-released from the plant on 4/13 and is currently awaiting shipment. Extremely frustrating and I'm concerned about what the issue was... 3 weeks and counting awaiting shipment. Ill call that number and see what I can figure out. If it is any issue, (like y'all claim it to be) i wouldn't think it is minor. "labels" or whatnot. Minor issues like these could be fixed at the dealer.No kidding...
