Broken VVT sensor

So while installing my cobra jet manifold over the weekend I broke off my VVT sensor, and now looks like I have to take off the valve cover to get to this sensor. just wondering are they re-usable rubber gaskets ? any one have shop directions on torque bolt sequence and bolt torques?

Yeah they are reusable, just put a dab of rtv on the seams at the timing cover. Torque spec in 10nm starting from the center, out.
