How long should it take to upgrade from the 4 piston GT to the Brembo's? I have calipers, pads, rotors and dust shields.

That is probably a good estimate for a start to finish complete swap and bleeding the brakes.

Just wanted to confirm... Does the kit only come with calipers, pads, rotors, and dust shields?

I'm strongly considering doing the upgrade got my mustang too but I'm pretty sure it's cheaper to piece these together than it is to buy the kit.

Pinch the brake line so you don't have to bleed it.

Aren't the rotors diferent sizes?

Ford lists the dust shields as different parts numbers for the GT ad GTPP

I'm considering just sourcing the parts and doing this myself instead of dropping $1300 for the Ford Racing kit..

Took an hour and a half. The old dust shields work, but Ford also has these small shields that block heat to the ball joint and tie rod. $3 a side, so why not get them, they install behind the big shields.

They are different

However the base GT ones work fine
