Well, I talked to Benny from Levittown and here are the part numbers he referenced for me

Booster's
FR3Z-2005-L -- GT Manual Perf pack
FR3Z-2005-E -- GT Manual
FR3Z-2005-E -- GT Automatic
FR3Z-2005-G-- GT350

ABS HCU's
GR3Z-2C215-B -- GT Automatic
GR3Z-2C215-B -- GT350

ABS ECU
GR3Z-2C219-B -- GT Automatic
GR3Z-2C219-B -- GT350

Sensors Left Front
FR3Z-2C205-A -- GT Automatic
FR3Z-2C205-B -- GT350

Sensors Right Front
FR3Z-2C204-A -- GT Automatic
FR3Z-2C204-B -- GT350

Sensors Rear
FR3Z-2C190-B -- GT Automatic
FR3Z-2C190-B -- GT350

Looks like the boosters are the same on the GT manual and GT automatic so I cant see why the Ford Racing PP Brembo upgrade kit says if you have an auto you have to upgrade to the PP manual booster but not if you have a manual? They are the same so if its fine for non PP manual it should also be for the automatic. Now the numbers for the GT PP and GT350 are different but thats to be expected.

HCU & ECU are the same

Rear ABS sensors are the same

Front R & L ABS sensors are different. I am wondering if this is more to do with the front knuckles being completely different and not because they work any differently but this is just a guess. I am getting GT350 rear knuckless in the kit but they are only different due to the drum style ebrake setup needed and as you can see the rear sensors are the same.

Anyway, I think I am going to just install the kit and go from there. The booster is not expensive ($64.81 for GT350 version) and pretty easy to install so if I have issues I can just grab one and install it afterwards. As far as the front sensors Ill do the same if they give me issues. I know Full Tilt Boogie has installed the kit on their non PP GT and say everything works perfect so I imagine since their booster and abs sensors are the same as my automatic I will be good as well.

You actually cant get fr3z2005e anymore. Its fr3z2005m now. I know because I am ordering it now. E is discontinued and M has superceded it.

But either way this number is for both the non PP GT manual and auto correct? Why are you buying this booster and not say the one from a PP manual?

Just trying to get an idea what to do. So if I have a premium auto GT and installing the GT350 brakes am I good or do I need to get the 50 year edition automatic booster? Also will I need to get he GT350 abs sensors?
The GT350 brakes take a bunch of parts to convert including the steering knuckles.

Do a search and you will find a bunch of info.

I bought the complete kit.

Fronts have a braket to convert GT350 calipers to GT knuckle and rotors with hardware

Rears have GT350 knuckles for the included eBrake setup, ebrake drum assemblies, ebrake cables, a couple ebrake brackets, rear calipers & rotors with hardware

It does not come with a new booster or abs sensors and is not listed as needing them. Full Tilt has the kit on their car with zero issues I'm told

I have a v6. Upgrading to the base gt rotors and calipers. I cant find the info online to say 100%. The switch must of just happened but I am ordering it and called a separate Ford. They both gave that part number for the replacement. It should be as the "e" was for both transmissions.

For the short money (less than $100) I'm going to get the Gt350 booster and front ABS sensors to complete my GT350 conversion.

The booster is plug and play, I'm just not sure if the ABS sensors from the GT350 will fit a standard GT knuckle but There is only one way to find out.

Just looking for some info about this. I can't find a reason why Brembos would not work on AT. Brembos are installed in EU models as standard in AT as well.

CJ pony removed that info form description - comment is still there.

Ford mentions nothing about not using it with AT:
