Brand new car. Already transmission/engine problems?

Normal? Didn't hear it the 1st 1500 miles and if tha9t what I'm hearing, I have excessive clearance or wear.

I just re-read your description, and piston slap goes away once under load... any kind of acceleration and it disappears. I would take it in.

If it's piston slap, they'll just say it's a normal caractheristic of the car. I brought mine in and was told so.

Three of my friend have GT350's and they all have it to some extent. Mine is very
present when cold at about 1500-2000 rpm under light throttle.

When engine is warm, noise is still present but not as annoying, but still there nevertheless.

With the windows up, i don't hear it ar all, but of course this car is meant to be driven with windows open.

Mine is the same, but he is saying "under load or not" . Piston slap disappears under load....
