Any updates? The anticipation is killing me.
Understood. It's installed and sounds amazing! I love it. Only knock from my perspective is at WOT it still sounds a bit raspy to me although a bit deeper than what it sounded like in videos with their catback using x pipe.

I need to use a better video than iPhone today so look for an update video later today. :)

Here is a warm start up as my wife pulls out and drives away. You can get a good sense of the idle and semi aggressive take off. Video quality could be better but its just an iPhone.

Thanks. It's really aggressive. I think for me personally the H Pipe And Touring edition may be perfect. The Sport is a bit loud when you get on it but normal driving it sounds killer.

Sounds good! Getting my Borla's next Wednesday and will slap them on right away. That's not as loud as I was thinking it might be so glad to hear this...looks like I'll be leaving my H-Pipe on after listening to this.
It sounds great!

I don't think I'm following you here....

The Borla S type is the axleback that comes with both the Catback (x-pipe + Axleback) and it is the S type that comes with the Touring edition ( resonator similar to h pipe [but still a resonator] + Axleback).

So its the same S type Axleback but the touring comes with resonator.

Are you saying you might remove the MRT H-Pipe and put the Ford Resonator back on...to tone it down a bit?

This will be my option if I think it's too loud...but I will have to pick up a couple of 2-1/2" exhaust clamps to couple the pipes back together.

My understanding was the Borla S Type Axleback and Borla Touring Axleback have different mufflers as well as some sort of resonator on the Touring and X Pipe with S Type.

I was saying that I think the Touring Edition Axleback paired with the H-Pipe would be ideal for me. The Sport is louder than I prefer when I floor it, although it does sound perfect when driving normal (shifting around 2800 RPM) and at idle.

That said, Im not sure its worth ordering a Touring Edition and selling my S Type just to cut a bit of loudness. Its not obnoxious by any means and it has a really muscle car type sound to it that fits a Mustang GT well.
