Anybody could just install Borla axlebacks with an h-pipe resonator delete to accomplish the same thing. Probably cheaper too.
This is what I did. Installing today or tomorrow staring with just the axle-back to gauge loudness at first. Then install the MRT H-pipe if it isn't already obnoxious.

Hope to have some sound clips by tomorrow.

Im probably going to do the whole thing. Hearing the AB version is too muffled even for an S Type and some sort of res delete is needed. Would save me another trip back to the shop and $ to install the H pipe later.

So you ordered the stype axle back and h pipe separately right? Or did you order the s type catback and are welding in the H pipe? Mind sharing the price? I'm too lazy to go back and re read :)

I believe he bought both separately. There shouldn't be any welding needed at all, just clamps.

Yes, I bought them separately but from CJPP. Paid $230 for the MRT H-Pipe and 780 for the Borla S Axleback. four total cuts and all bolt on. Being installed as I write this so Ill get some videos up hopefully by end of day.

Saves about $150 or so off the cat back that they provide that comes with an X-pipe. That more than covers the cost of install. Not a bad deal.

Factory exhaust was cut out as well as stock resonator. Appears relatively easy to cut , if I had a lift, sawzall, and an extra set of hands, I could do it myself. I headed back home and will pick it up when they finish. Will try and get some pics of the clamp locations and post them later.

I should also say that much of the factory tubing is kept.
