Hey gents,

So the title pretty much says it all.Which would you go with? I like the sound of both, but not to much of fan of the "raspy" sound the Corsa has.

If you do go with the Corsa system would you recommend the quad tips or simply single tips? I know the quad tips would require a new valence.

Looking to do the upgrade in the next couple weeks before I go out of town for 6 weeks, and then deploy.

Thanks for your inputs.

The real question is, why not do quad tips if it's in the budget?

There are a lot more Corsa fans on here than Borla so I'm sure it'll win this one. I love my corsa xtreme. I used to have to use more gas than necessary to hear my exhaust as much as I wanted to with an axel-back. In normal driving it can be either as loud or as quiet as you want it to be

Yeah I did quick search for header recommendations and everybody seems to have corsa extreme.

When you say you used to have to use more gas, do you men with stock exhaust?

I used to have the stock resonator with a Pypes Street Pro axel-back. It had a great sound but it was too quiet for me.

I went with the Borla ATAK, because I didn't want Extreme loud and it was less expensive.

Not sure you have much difference in volume...

They're both similar in overall loudness but personally between the two I'd go with the ATAK because it has a deeper tone.

I love my borla ATAK, very livable for a DD car but loud and aggressive when you want it to be. I get compliments on it almost every time I drive it.

Same for me. But go with what you like the best, you are the one who is going to hear it

I have a Corsa Extreme CB on my car, 2nd exhaust set up I put on it and love it every day. I can go gentle on it and not be too crazy loud, no drone, worth the money.

ATAK sounds good, but IMO it tends to always be louder than Corsa when you are trying to go easy (like sneaking out of the neighborhood for work without my neighbors hating me)...

EDIT: Also, I bought mine from Maryland Speed and got the best deal out of everybody I have talked to locally and on here :) marylandspeed

Both are nice but if you plan on putting headers I would say borla.
