Knock sensors will pull a couple degrees if needed, I wouldn't worry. But you can run some Boostane or Torco for peace of mind

People need to stop associating boost numbers with octane and safety. You can run 15psi on 93 all day safely. You just don’t want to run 18° of advance with the knock sensors desensitized. The closed loop fueling and active/adaptive knock is a huge fail safe on these ECU’s.

I run 13 psi all day on 93 with 17.5° S/A above 6600. Zero timing retard.

I guess these things don't have an IAT2 sensor, do they. But they do have widebands, so you might wanna check w your tuner. Ya 12.5 is on the lean end under boost IIRC, hi 11s is a whole lot safer.
