Why would I pay extra for a car that is missing a pedal?

Auto for me but the manual is sweet.

I'd bet the votes wound be dead even if PP was available with the auto.

It depends where you're planning to drive, mine will be a DD, and I drive in the ciy a lot, so automatic for me
Mine is also my DD and I'll hit some stop and go traffic on the morning commute. But I just couldn't bring myself to buy an auto for my first performance car. Just didn't seem right.

Had the auto been 8+ gears, it would have been a much harder decision for me, since the performance would probably have eclipsed the manual by a good amount and the fuel savings may have been worth the change. Although I probably still would have went manual.

However, I can fully understand why you went that way.

I should also say, I'm pretty certain this forum membership is not representative of the Mustang market in general. I suspect we'll be manual biased.

Auto for me. Done with manual on heavy daily traffic. Not a single regret after the switch. Auto shift well in sports + and track mode.

I would love a super quick 8+ speed auto transmission on the new gt350.. Bbut it's not going to be an option. Ultimately not a problem as my current 2011 gt is a stick and I enjoy it daily.

Manual. I enjoy driving manual even in bumper to bumper.
