Body Panel Alignment - Any luck?

Any Canadians complain about panels, fenders etc alignment issues to dealerships and getting it fixed?

Bothers me sometimes but not sure if I want the dealer touching or messing it up even further

I just bought a leftover 2015 V6 051A package (STILL waiting to pick it from the dealer lot after 1.5 weeks). Upon closer inspection, I noticed the following imperfections:

- hood gap was off > adjustable
- rear fender corner where it meets the rear quarter panel > this corner was bent a little inwards. I went around the lot and checked like 8 more stangs, 6 of them had the same thing, so I guess quality control was lacking in 2015 batch.
- the roof line where it meets the rear glass > there is a slight mis-alignment, but I'll get over it

Other than that the rest of the panels appear to be ok...for now. Honestly, this bullshit of "it's mass production, no car will be perfect" is ridiculous. If I was not desperate to get rid of my Chevy Cruze and get a Stang (I know I'm a child) and I had less care about getting into a new vehicle, I would not have bought/accepted this kind of body panel alignment.

Not really a deal breaker for me. A $30k, 300hp car that's well built? Well, two out of three isn't bad. I figure 99% of the people who see the car won't even know. Or care.

if you are interested I know www.discounttiredirect.com had the best price on a set of 4 tires ...even free shipping and a 75.00 Goodyear rebate.. I just picked up set after searching hi and low.

Bought mine of the lot for that reason. Some there were better than others. I was happy with mine.

People shouldn't be precision measuring panels to find issues. To each their own but if you need to stare for minutes or use tools to measure gaps to find them.. then you won't find many cars in the market to buy. Couldn't be happier with the car.

I agree but some panels u can just tell, never seen this on a 2015 body, coming from a 03 Infiniti.
