That might be why. I wonder if you can use forscan to change it to the correct type yourself. The car can learn it on its own but it takes time, which is probably creating that out of range value. Agm has a higher resting voltage than flooded lead acid.Yes… Flooded as it was the OEM one.
My factory OEM data shows “15” but not sure it applies to the mustang, mine is a 2022 Mach 1.
