BMR Jacking Rail Help

Ok, so four bolts per side, easy!! Someone help me here. First, my rails are longer than where the factory bolts are, in the rear it looks like there are holes further back so do the factory bolts go in those holes instead of the holes they came from the factory in?

Second, the passenger side front bolts thread back in about 3/8ths of an inch and dead stop, feels like they are going to snap if I keep wrenching on the , anyone else have this and how did you resolve it?? Those two bolts are on the workbench currently.

I do, tried the shorter one on the passenger side. My bigger issue is just getting the two front bolts back in without the jacking rail.
