Bluetooth and Apply Play no audio from Iphone 11

Done the battery reset, phone reset, bluetooth reset, and new bluetooth pairing. Iphone 11. Uninstalled Waze. If i make a call everything works except sound through the car speakers. Also no sound through carplay either but map displays and current song playing shown, all work. Just no audio. All other audio sources work i.e. radio, sirius. This was an upgrade from 4in. Sync version is 3.4. I could of sworn when I first put it all together it all worked, then it just stopped working. Any other ideas? Also tried with a Galaxy 9 phone and exact same symtoms. Everything works except audio through speakers.

Any Forscan codes that could of affected this?

i know this is old but did you ever figure out what it was, my car just started doing the exact same thing
