What do you think? Is this a sign of a blown cold side charge pipe? And would it cause a P0300? Stock tune HPP cp-e intercooler. Appreciate the help!

dat yellow stuff is coolant or something. im assuming your coolant is green, charge pipes carry air.. you have liquid all over your pipes. did you blow your block?

a blown charge pipe- all that means is you can't make boost. you have.. something else going on.

No other sign of liquid anywhere in the engine bay, only on that pipe. Dealer has run all diagnostics on the car, they see the misfire but haven't pinpoint it yet. Coolant level is normal, engine runs and idles fine, the misfire has not triggered a CEL.

again- that yellow shit didnt come from the charge pipe. it is outside the pipe, I can only think that its coolant. the only thing that goes through your charge pipe is air.

air into turbo, into intercooler into engine.

that liquid is a nasty mess, it came from somewhere. I cannot imagine it bring hard to find where it blew/came from. I can tell you this, it didn't come from inside that pipe out, it came from somewhere outside the charge pipes

I feel like you should pop off your engine cover. - you cn see clearly, its all over the hose, the hose is connected to throttle body, the blowout spot, looks like it shot onto that pipe, maybe from under the engine cover?

Nope, again nothing anywhere else, no sign of blowout, seepage, nothing except the pipe.

it clearly, is not coming from INSIDE the pipe. look at it. you can see where it is landing on top of the cold charge pipe and drizzling down.

there's nothing traveling through the charge pipe, its dry as a whistle.

take the engine cover off.

This is getting splattered onto.....
then going down, look at the marks. you didn't get any blowout from the pipe..really should pop the engine cover off... see what's going on.

That isn't a blown charge pipe. A blown charge pipe will be split open. It also wouldn't be covered in green liquid because charge pipes only carry air.

He doesn’t believe us.
There’s no way a ford tech told him that liquid is coming from that charge pipe port.
I think he should pop engine cover off.

If he has green coolant he has coolant blowing out somewhere near that outwards.

Yep. I'm surprised a tech hasn't found the source yet because if there's that much liquid everywhere the leak should be easy to pinpoint. Either that or somebody topped off or replaced fluid and made a huge mess.

Literally all he has is coolant and oil and fuel. No other product is on the car liquid

I guess brake fluid and ac stuff. But those aren’t in this discussiondue to proximity

edit
Also windshield wiper fluid.

Isn't post #3 and 6 clear enough? NO OTHER sign anywhere. Anyways, dealer has it, waiting on their explanation. TaysonGS may be correct.
