Worm clamps work just fine. Clean the the pipes off and use a socket to put them on, not a flat head. Hairspray on the inside of the pipes works pretty good for keeping them on too. Same thing I did on my Evo 9 (which was pushing 28psi btw). The problem with t-bolt clamps is that they're easy to over tighten and warp your hard pipes. The stock IC has plastic end tanks, which won't distort, but they will crack.
