I swapped out my filter and fluid and filled it up to the A on the dipstick. I then started my car and shifted through R, D, N, and S. I didn't leave it running for very long, maybe 30 seconds. I then filled it up to the A on the dipstick again. It only took just a bit over 5 quarts. Is that...
Hey everybody. I have a 2016 Eco with a Roush CAI, CVFab Street Intercooler, JLT Catch Can, GoFastBits DV+, and Roush Axle Back Mufflers. Roughly How Much Horsepower and Torque do a Wastegate, Downpipe and Catback exhaust typically add with a pro tune? On 91 octane
I personally felt that Stage 2 has better top end power. It definitely pulls harder in the higher RPM's and gears but Stage 1 feels better for low end power. If I was racing I'd go with Stage 2 all day but for daily driving Stage 1 feels better.
Yep. I'm surprised a tech hasn't found the source yet because if there's that much liquid everywhere the leak should be easy to pinpoint. Either that or somebody topped off or replaced fluid and made a huge mess.
What mods are you running and how much power are you pushing? I also want to get a conservative 91 tune. I just have a CAI and Intercooler and will be getting tuned once I get my GoFastBits DV+ on the car.
I feel stage one is much faster in the lower gears and rpm's. It feels much quicker to accelerate whereas stage 2 feels like it steadily builds power then really starts to pull once I hit about 50mph. To me stage 1 is much better for low end power while stage 2 is much better for high end power...
That isn't a blown charge pipe. A blown charge pipe will be split open. It also wouldn't be covered in green liquid because charge pipes only carry air.
I've been running a CVF Street Intercooler for over a month now and it is miles better than the stock intercooler. Even with the stock rubber charge pipes my charge air temps have never gone 20 degrees above ambient temperature in sport+ mode with spirited driving. Even without a tune I noticed...
Hey y'all, I finally got myself an AP after owning my ecoboost for a year. I have a Roush CAI, a CVF Street Intercooler, 1 step colder plugs, and a Roush Axle Back and am running stage 2 91 octane. I monitored my ignition correction max on my way home from work and my max was 13.68 and minimum...
Yesterday I was installing a Catch Can (JLT 3.0) and while trying to disconnect the stock hose from the Lower Side PCV, it snapped off, and might've caused damage. I connected the catch can hose to the PCV Valve and tried to reconnect the PCV Valve to the engine block and it sits in place but...
Last weekend I put a CVF Street Intercooler on my car. It keeps my temps down but the boost is being strange. When I go near full throttle and accelerate I'm hitting a max boost of around 12-14 PSI. My vacuum when cruising along is around 22-25inHG. Checked my charge pipes (they're the stock...
