I'd like to get exactly the same frame but I'll be damned if I can figure out how to create it on their website.Custom Licence Plate Bracket
Thanks to Bossing for the great recommendation
be SUPER careful with the max 360. LSP is using dragoneye minis with new encoding which the escort max doesnt pick up. I have a max360 too, it now sits in a drawer in my office.Installed Escort Max 360 radar detector, blend mount, and mirror tap. Black Ground wire goes in same square as the black/blue wire. Red V12 wire goes in same square as the brown/yellow wire. Be patient with the wire, this was my second wire tap set because I was to rough with the wires and broke them. I think it took me 2 hours just trying different wires/ angles/ combinations/ sides of the square holes. I think I ended up using the largest black wire out of the 4 and the third largest of red wires. I actually used different wires that I didn't break the first time so there was no need to order the second set so I am going to see if they accept returns. Its $35, so pretty expensive for little wires. Its nice, it turns on when I start the car and shuts off by itself when I open the door. I have to read the manual to stop some of the false alarms.
Should I just return it and get a V1? I tried asking you what I should get in a private msg, because we live in the same area, but I guess that was when you were out of town. I only got this because I just got a speeding ticket, I told the cop I have not gotten one in 8 years and still would not let me go. It was on the causeway to which I never go on, I just wasn't paying attention to my speed. Any advice on how to get out of a speeding ticket?be SUPER careful with the max 360. I got popped once. Then called a patrol friend of mine. i parked right in front of him. he played around with his laser unit. Not a single alert out of the max 360.
I had my V1 updated. It does alert to it.
You may want to also look into ALP jammers.
I travel a ton. sorry for not getting back to you. Last time I came home, it'd been so long since i had been, that it took me a minute to remember my address. :frusty:Should I just return it and get a V1? Yup, I went through the same thing man, lol. A lot of other people only spent a few minutes getting this thing installed, and usually everything takes me 20x longer than it takes everyone else. Glad I'm not the only one who had issues getting these damn wires squeezed in though.Installed Escort Max 360 radar detector, blend mount, and mirror tap. Hmm, are they really that risky? I have one for my radar detector in my vert and usually drive with the top down often -- next to cops and all. Haven't been pulled over or anything yet though.I'd also ditch the blendmount in favor of a visor clip. if you do get pulled over, with a blend mount, it will be an immediate ticket.
Unless you live in virginia, I wouldn't worry about it. A cop might not give you leniency if they see a RD, but if a cop notices you're trying to stash one away in a pull over, he might think you're trying to hide something else.Hmm, are they really that risky? If you're getting laser alerts on a radar detector, then it's already too late.be SUPER careful with the max 360. LSP is using dragoneye minis with new encoding which the escort max doesnt pick up. I have a max360 too, it now sits in a drawer in my office.

If I'm ever in VA, I'm setting the cruise control for the speed limit and keeping it there. Screw that state.OK so everyone wants to know, how many MPH over u get nailed for ? My last ticket I paid a lawyer to get me out of but It was in VA and anything over 80 mph is reckless driving which is mad points / fine . I was doing 85 in a 65 on that one. Quick $700 lesson for me.
Yup. I kind of figured that too. My RD is pretty visible at all times, especially at night with the bright light and max volume and the top's down, lol. I'm guessing if there's an issue with having them here, they probably just don't care enough.Unless you live in virginia, I wouldn't worry about it. risky in the way that you will have zero chance of getting out of a ticket or having the officer reduce it if he or she sees it.Yup, I went through the same thing man, lol.
