But it's basically like Chargedguard's pic on the previous page, minus the spoiler and color difference....

Funny thing, when I swapped mine last night, the four screws on the bottom edge were all slightly loose. With everything tight on the new one, panel fit is better.

I haven't driven it again yet to confirm if it's gone now, but occasionally I'd get a very slight rattle coming from the rear of the car somewhere. Sort of like a license plate frame vibrating. Wonder if it wasn't the loose panel/screws.

Finally got mine today and noticed a finish defect in it; you can see a swirl/dent smack in the center of the panel where it looks like the fusing/bonding process got the surface too hot from behind.

I called Don Wood only to find out that they only warranty through Ford Racing so it will be a few weeks for the process and, worse, they don't accept returns on items they don't stock. When I questioned them on this they said it is a policy on their website, yet there is no way to know way to know where items ship from.

Needless to say, I should have paid the slight premium for CJ Pony Parts.

Thanks for the Heads Up. I will be sure to put Don Woods on the "do not use" list.

I have a EcoBoost...so probably going to place a small "Turbo" emblem in the right hand corner of the new panel...

Lots of "Turbo" emblems on eBay...just need to locate a high quality emblem in the proper size...want it to appear OEM as possible...

Well, mine is finally on the way! I watched one of the other install videos on youtube and they called out a 5.5 mm socket for the camera. Anyone remember if that was really the size? I'd hate to have to go buy such an oddball size just for this one install.

You'll need a 7mm and 7/32" socket. A plastic pry bar will help too.

I put one on my car last night. I really didn't notice any dimple on mine at all. :shrug:

I was going to go with one of two custom emblems I've got kicking around, but it looks so nice and clean I'm pondering just leaving it alone.

Can you share what custome emblems you were thinking of?
