What is the best brand of blank rear decklid panel? Some of the brands I have seen...

MMD
MP Concepts (Full replacement)
Ebay/Amazon options?

Im not interested in the 2018 version with the dual lines or a carbon piece. Any reviews?

My friend has the MP Concepts one on his car, fits great and looks good to me. Worth a shot for $100, I'll probably do it eventually but want to get a clear bra layer on top!

Thanks. Does the standard gloss black that it comes in match the piano black of the tail light bezels?

I haven't noticed any color difference between the two from when I've looked at it, but can't guarantee anything.

I was hoping to get a Ford Racing blank panel but they were discontinued and I wasn’t willing to pay the premium so I bought the MP Concepts. You’ll need to swap out the hardware from your current panel. It matches the tail light bezels.

That looks great. And with a track pack spoiler too, my exact setup. Thanks for this, I will be going with the MP Concepts one.

I found one from a 2015-2017 where someone broke off the emblem. Took it to a body shop and had it filled and repainted. Looks great now!

This is what I was going to do. I am painting my eBay track pack spoiler anyways, so timing would work perfect. But my body guy said that it would take roughly a day of filling and sanding to get it ready for paint. Spending a full day doing that to save $100 isn’t worth it to me, so I decided on just buying one.

I ordered the MP Concepts one last night, should be here later this week.

Fair enough! Send a photo when it's all done. If everything goes together I should have mine installed later today.

Make sure you post up a photo. I hope to install it this weekend before I start the longtube/catback install. Will take a while before I get the spoiler/wicker bill installed.

I just finished by it's in my underground and the car is filthy. I took some photos but it will be better in the light. I will either snap one tomorrow at work or this weekend when I get a chance to clean it.

How’s the fit? Happy with it?

Looking forward to the photos

I’ll know better when I get it out in the light but I’m happy with what I saw. I ran into an issue that I didn’t anticipate. Evidentially either the 2015-2017 version is different or the version for the convertible has extra plastic tabs. No big deal as I just twisted them off but I didn’t expect to. Then it seemed to fit just fine.

Photos coming soon. Happy to post with it being dirty but I’ll see how it comes out.

Perfect timing! I just ordered mine yesterday. So the provided hardware doesnt work? AM's website was super confusing b/c it had info saying it did and did not fit the 18's.
