Anyone installed these bushings on their car? Pros and cons? I hear they have some NVH. How bad is it? Thanks

Did the clunks get louder when you were switching gears real hard and fast? Or just normal driving?I had them in my last car. Definite increase in NVH. It was a 3.73 PP that where known to have gear whine, which I had from day one at 65-70 mph. The whine did not get any worse but the clunks got much louder. I put bearings everywhere I could replace rubber but the only NVH increase that bothered me was that one.
It happens mostly on off throttle to throttle transition. Like when you are coasting to a light and it turns green so you hit the gas. A loud clunk when you hit the gas, even on partial throttle. It wasn't a deal breaker for the car. I loved that car and the way it felt. It's just that it didn't contribute much to the car but it added the most noise.Did the clunks get louder when you were switching gears real hard and fast? Or just normal driving?
the Whiteline are 85 Shore, the BMR are 95. I'm assuming 'D' scale. I suspect 70-75 is the "correct" hardness. I've got a set of Whiteline inbound and playing with the notion of taking a 1/4" endmill to them and cutting in some channels. Maybe filling the voids with a 60'ish rubber compound.Swapped to a proper urethane diff bush
Unless it's a race car I wouldn't. If you think the BMR ones are loud now, just wait. The whole design of the diff mount is just crap. Ford needs to fire the moron who came up with it and the manager that signed off on it.or upgrade to the aluminium BK054
