Just had H + R lowering shocks installed 1 inch drop in the front even less in the back. No more diving front end when you hit the breaks and no more bounce in the ride. Now would like to replace Ford Sport shocks/struts with something that will improve the ride. What do you folks recommend?

boy am I confused reading that... no offense but - did you install H&R lowering springs - and now want to change out to Ford Performance lowering springs?

If you’re referring to wanting only shocks and struts AND it’s a daily driver, then check out the thread in this forum for the Bilsteins - a lot of folks are satisfied with those units for a good ride after doing other suspension work.

If the car is going to be used for track use more than daily use (drag racing, auto cross or road course), then you’ll want to do a little more research for both a spring and shock/strut setup.

I apologize, I just re-read what I typed, should have said shocks/struts. And thank you for pointing me towards Bilstein, that's exactly the kind of info I was looking for !
