Hey guys,
Was thinking of upgrading my shocks/struts possibly. Already have BMR SP080 springs, CB005, Steeda CC plates, BK051 and CB007. It is a daily driver with some sprited drives. I don't track. Was looking for some adjustable ones. Steeda, Viking, Koni, Billstein? Perhaps the BMR CB762 as well? Your thoughts would be much appreciated.

Steeda or Koni for adjustables. Both are good options. AKAIK, Bilstein doesnt make any yet.

Im a big fan of adjustable shocks.

Steeda's shocks have been proven on & off the track - you won't be disappointed. Let me know if I can help assist with any questions you may have - you will get a lot of support from the forum members.

Best Regards,

Thanks TJ! In your opinion, would you recommend the adjustable ones for the my driving style and my mods? I also have the Steeda rear shock mounts for the stock shocks.

I'm not much of the technical guy like Steeda Tech is but for a DD & spirited driving - the fixed are good choice. You won't find that you are adjusting the adjustable too often.

I will send you a p.m. to put you in contact with our tech team.

It's true that once you've settled on settings that you like, you don't keep on adjusting them unless there's some significant enough change in your driving that would benefit. This doesn't have to mean you have to suddenly pick up an autocross or track day habit - it could be as simple as for when you have a passenger on board who is less tolerant of a firm-ish ride than you are, and it's going to be more of a trip than to the store and back. Plus, you get a built-in ability to compensate for gradual loss of damping as the miles are accumulated.
