Belt troubles... need hints

we have the tensioner maxes out, belt won’t wrap around everything. What’s the secret?
2015 Mustang Whipple Gen 3, stage 2. New Belt is 103”... currently have it setting in the sun.
Any help is much appreciated

What belt are you using? I run the xRPM on my KB and the tnesior has to be at 80 percent. It is hard to get it on but it is doable. I'm not familiar with the whipple but assuming you have the right length belt I don't see why it won't fit.

Did you use a 1/2 inch pull handle on the whipple belt tensioner to get supercharger belt on?

We have the tension pulled as far as we can get it, it bottoms the tensioner out... just shy

Are you sure the belt is routed properly?

Belts on but the tensioner is maxed out, no room to relax at all. Anyone else have this issue?

I do recall reading that some of the kits shipped with the wrong belt...
Not sure what the correct belt length is sorry.

Yes it took everything we had, strength wise, and like I said it didn’t release at all.

Can you tell me where your tensioner is located? Like 9 o’clock or 10 o’clock... and where is your slide bearing location?

Mine looks just like this routing diagram. Tensioner is around 9 oclock. The adjustable pulley is around 75% of its max position I think. It's wherever I set it the first time because I've never had to change it. My belt is Gates Micro-V K061066.

We used a smooth pully and lots of muscle to
Roll it on. Whipple confirmed it was the correct belt.
