i got this error yesterday when setting it up for the first time when connected to the car.
"unsupported vehicle at this time" i am thinking it's due to the ford power pack calibration i flashed.
i made contact with SCT through their help desk "Derive Power"
they want to RMA this BDX unit and send me an X4 with a different firmware that supports the ford power pack calibration. i read a similar story on this forum.
it's always something. i don't understand why my car is being rejected. i even updated the unit before connecting to the car. it's a ford calibration.
before i send this back, if anyone has any ideas..i am all ears.
one idea i gleaned from my search is going to a ford dealer and having them flash a stock file, then connect the BDX....that should work, but when i need to flash the power pack calibration, will the BDX error out again?
