SCT BDX REV X LUND TUNE Error

I’m moving this post here please help.

I have the REV X Lund tune for my Mach 1. Im getting a General 11020 code. Updated the device before loading a custom tune everything was fine. Datalogged earlier and sent that log to my tuner. Got the revision back and now im getting the code. Battery charger is connected as well. SCT BDX won’t recognize my car now when only thing I did was load the updater tune from the tuner onto device. Please help!!!

The BDX devices are a bit hectic at times, especially because they rely so much on the cloud updates. Did you transfer the tunes through the updater or did you download the tune through the cloud?

***UPDATE***

I managed to get everything work by redownloading the tune again to my computer and uploaded it. Other fun fact came to find out the cable was crap and had a bad connection so got a new OBDII cable and everything is g2g.
