What's the purpose of it? I see it comes with the kit but I picked up some BC coilovers and it didn't have it with them. Do I need them?

You can probably use your factory endlinks. The stock front ones bend kind of easily but the factory rear endlinks hold up well.

Endlinks just physically connect your swaybars to the knuckle or struts, fixed vs adjustable isn’t a big deal for most street purposes.

Adjustable units are stronger, and allow you more flexibility/options when mounting the link to the bar and strut. I mounted my links on the back-side of the sta-bar for clearance; this would have been impossible with OEM links:

More than likely you’ll be ok with OEM links if you have the stock front sway bar. But, if your package was supposed to come with them, then I would insist on getting them out of principle.

I have had 2 stock end links bend on my Steeda sway bars.
    No track, all street driving.
I'd change.them while you are in there.
