Battery tender on PDC?

The tender I have came with two sets of leads, ring and alligator. I attached the positive ring to the positive lead into the fuse box on the inner right fender, and the negative to the strut tower where the other grounds are. The latter places it in a position that doesn’t interfere with the operation of the battery monitoring system. Also suggested n another thread, and the reason I did what I did.

I went with the positive on the fuse box and grounded to the strut tower ground location. I use a Battery Minder for all my vehicles and batteries.
