Basic questions, probably pretty stupid!

Let me start off that I'm not a car guy! So please forgive me if this is a stupid question.
Can someone please outline the pros/cons of the different gas grades, specifically 93 and E30. I was planning on using 93 when I get my Mustang (2016 Ecoboost premium with performance package) I've also got a CAI and Cobb Tuner from Adam at MAPerformance. (on the recommendation from a couple of car people that I know) I plan on doing the exhaust next summer when the funds recoup a bit!
The gas station by me has E30, I've seen it before but have no clue if it's better for my car than 93. I've seen a couple of posts that E30 has been mentioned. I'd ask my brother in law but I think I might be driving him nuts at this point with my questions!
Basically, which should I use and why? Sorry if this is a very beginner question, but I'm trying to learn. Thanks in advance for any advice.

There is no advantage to running E30 unless you are planning to get real aggressive with your tune and you will loose gas mileage over 93 E10. If you can find 91 or 93 E0 that will give you the best mileage.
