Personally, I'm more interested in customization than performance mods. I plan to work with Chip Foose's shop up the road in Huntington Beach for custom paint, aerodynamics, wheels and trim. That's what gets looked at first before go-fast parts.

I'll be happily surprised if true. :headbang:
How is whipple going to sell their supercharger if you can't tune for it? I assumed the whipple would be ready to go on day one?

Which exhaust? Brand 'X' or brand 'Y'? You going to throw the very first exhaust system available on your car?
I have a custom setup in mind.

Whipple says their kit will be available in October. So you'd assume tuning would be figured out by then.

What ecu system is Ford using in the 15? Completely different than 14 or about the same? Basically same engine so I doubt the electronics are that different from the previous generation.

When Jay Leno did his video on the new mustang, he had Dave Pericak (chief engineer for the car) come on. Dave stated unequivocally that the intake has been optimized, and that there will be no HP gains from aftermarket intakes, except for looks.

Maybe not unless your intake and engine have a supercharger between them.

I spy aftermarket rear sway bar/bushings and rear springs in that shot as well. I like the all black exhaust as well as it would fit in with the yellow & black theme I want to go with.

looks like aftermarket exhaust will be a VERY easy install. Looking forward to see what other companies offer, and what they sound like.
Since there will be cutting and clamping, rather than unbolting sections like the current car, that seems more involved as opposed to easy. Are you talking about the routing of the exhaust being easier to deal with because it doesn't go over the rear axle?

Agreed. Routing looks much easier but any time cutting is involved makes it a more "difficult" process. (At least in my book.)
