I have the autolock option checked, but it doesn't lock when I walk away. I always have to push the lock button on the fob. Any ideas?

I don't think it has the feature allowing it to auto-lock when you walk out of range.

Autolock functions usually depend on sensors to know when the key is away from the car. Make sure these sensors aren't blocked or dirty. In some cars, a broken door sensor might prevent the autolock from working because the system thinks a door is still open.

Mustangs (possibly except for he "Mach-E" SUV) don't have "walk-away" type auto locking, the autolock in the settings is something else (probably what Jaymar said above).

Thank you all for the replies. It's "lock it manually" as you walk away.
