No it will only void anything they think was directly related to headers.
True, but your not making the most of the better flowing headers without a tune..

The Tune is what will the warranty... it depends on what breaks and if you can prove it didn't result from the offending part.

Long tube headers do sound great

Yeah that is true...I guess you have to make on the call on what Risk you want to take...My heart says I need the exhaust...but at say $4500k then tune $1000 I have to try justify it to my brain :headbonk: If my $800 Axle backs cut the mustard for a while it's going to have to do though.

With all my cars i've felt the same way... i've never been able to justify headers back and tune, due to warranty and the price difference....

Axle back have always been the first mod, with the goal of waiting for the warranty to end... problem is i've always traded up before i could go headers and tune.

At least a Axle Back exhaust gives the car a little bit of soul:D

Although not as good a Headers back exhaust, but enough to put smile on my face.:)

Why not cat back guys?
Cat back are also a good choice, it just come down to how much you want to spend..

Headers and Complete Exhaust with Tune.. Bloody Awesome but a lot of money.

Cat Back Exhaust... Awesome, t's cost u a decent amount of money.

Axle Back Exhaust.. Pretty good and cheap if you can get a bit of rubble:D

Any of these options can give the Mustang a better note... it just comes down to money and what like of exhaust note you want...

I normally go for bang for buck on exhaust, as I'm after a little bit of soul, but i realise than I'm not getting a huge power increase, unless i tune, so i like to spend more $$$ on suspension:D

Now if i kept my cars for a long time and it was out of warranty.. after the suspension upgrade it would be headers and new tune...

but they keep bring out new cars that i want:doh:

It's a tricky one, If I do just cat back there is next to no power gain, no more than axle backs as such but its a step towards more power down the track. If I want the most out of my catback its headers, cats and tune for say $5000 all up...Or go Axle backs for a nice sound and enjoy it for what it is without the extra say 40rwhp the extra $4200 will give? or use the $4200 for wheels, sound system, lowering etc and have a nicer all round car for my money? It's a hard one. I've spent so much on cars over the years and realistically the person who buys it off me gets all the good stuff for next to nothing. A few tasteful mods reasonably priced including sound, look, ride, stereo etc doesn't make it a money pit...How fast can I drive it on the roads anyway?

I always find the guy who gets my cars, seems to get a bargain, as i only run good oil thought it, the paint is looked after, always serviced on time, not thrashed, good wheels and tires and balanced suspension.

Suspension is where its at, like you said, you are limited to speed on public roads.

It's all about the handling and a nice note... plus all after those two items i like add a set of nice rims and better tires, it adds a bit of personalisation and better tire's help with handling.

I feel like catback leaves me with less to do when I do want to void warranty or when it's up, and I like to keep the stock parts so I can switch them back on if I ever need to so that's why I opted against axle back.

100% agree all round.....I spent about 20k on my VE R8 motor and yes it went hard, it returned about 230k's per tank of fuel had a big arse heavy clutch. I never raced anyone (apart from the drags) so I rumbled around with a 500hp fuel guzzlen pig that never really got to impress anyone lol.....Been there, done that. I'd still love a blower on my Stang for that sweet sound and they retain manners, BUT 15k to be able to do ridiculously insane speeds on the street really isn't worth it "for me"...
Buying things I don't need, with money I don't have, to impress people I don't know.....welcome to car forums hehehe......

If you know you will keep modding but it's just a matter of time..."And cashies hidden from the wife" then go a cat-back for sure. My jeep SRT previous car I put on Borla Axle backs and was more than happy with the sound. If I change my mind I'll probably get $500 for my $800 axle backs and go a cat-back etc etc...If I go a catback and don't go further with mods I should have just done the cheaper Axle backs as it was only sound I was chasing....arrhhhh the first world problems we suffer through :D

This would be a limited warranty wouldn't it?

I see a it has 10K cap, would that cover a coyote rebuild?

anyhow, it's good to see you offer this option...

Fellas, HybridGT was kind enough to take me for a spin in his ride. Can confirm the ARH catback sounds awesome. Really deep, deeper than I was expecting, no drone when just cruising around and sounds great when opened up. Not overly loud, just a really deep muscle car sound
