Haha yeah! I didn't realise you could look through the gap under the wheel, so when I initially pulled the spring brace out I chipped a bit of the side plastic off around the top that keeps it into position but it still holds in perfectly.

Definitely need vice grip pliers, stock Spring is rediculously strong

I did it with non long nose vice grips, just got onto it.

I feel like catback leaves me with less to do when I do want to void warranty or when it's up, and I like to keep the stock parts so I can switch them back on if I ever need to so that's why I opted against axle back.

Can confirm that hard acceleration + gear changes are even smoother now, feels awesome, lets you change much quicker and smoother, you can definitely feel the engagement point.
